The OPER! AWARDS 2024 were presented at a festive awards ceremony at the Dutch National Opera Amsterdam on January 29, 2024.
The Oper! Awards are Germany’s only international opera prize, presented annually during a gala to the best creatives of the international opera scene, working on or behind the stage. As detailed below, the awards are presented across 20 categories by a jury of music journalists.

- Best costume designer: Klaus Bruns
- Best solo album: Cyrille Dubois – So Romantique!
- Best opera recording: La princesse de Trébizonde (Opera Rara)
- Best newcomer: Huw Montague Rendall
- Best rediscovery: Ivan IV. – Staatstheater Meiningen
- Best future project: Green Opera – La Monnaie / De Munt Brussels
- Best festival: Bayreuth Baroque
- Honorary / lifetime achievement: Waltraud Meier
- Best benefactor: Foundation of the Royal Opera of Versaille
