Founded in 1963, JM Macedonia is the only national non-governmental organization that works with young musicians and young people, developing their creativity and supporting their initial public promotion in the field of music. JM Macedonia strives to encourage and harmonize the need for direct communication between young people and audiences in general with music and other cultural values. Created on an artistic and pedagogical basis, JM Macedonia integrates young people regardless of political, religious, national or linguistic origin, striving for generations of young people with cosmopolitan, humanistic approaches in their own individual and global creation and development.
Created 60 years ago, JM Macedonia proves its principles with more than 7,000 organized events and concerts, including more than a thousand artists as soloists and more than 7,000 participants and program animators in various ensembles, followed by more than one million visitors as an audience, mainly young people. In this way, JM Macedonia is one of the biggest cultural movements in Macedonia.
